8) International Management District
IMD's area is currently all below Westpark Drive. See map of their current boundaries.
In 2015, IMD proposed a massive expansion that included much of the area north of them to the south edge of Westheimer Rd. House Bill 4136 never got out of committee, but may be pushed again in 2017. Read the Texas Watchdog article on Special Districts.
9) HISD Elementary Schools
HISD adjusts attendance zone boundaries based on enrollment demographics. Converting a school to become a Magnet, which may not have a defined boundary, can complicate this.
